Based in Estepona, Málaga for over 14 years, Survey Spain are the instruction and review centre of a Network of RICS and CIOB valuers and building surveyors plus a Spanish registered architect, who can carry out work principally for Northern European clients round all the Costas, inland Spain plus the Balearic and Canary Islands, Madrid and Gibraltar.

We inspect all types of properties for current market valuations and/or defects, the causes and solutions, ideally prior to the acquisition of the property.

Ethically and professionally governed by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in London, 12 qualified and experienced English and Spanish speaking, independent surveyors work with integrity only for you.

No conflicting loyalty to banks, developers, contractors, owners, estate agents, lawyers or town halls!

All Reports and Valuations are in English and are reviewed by a second surveyor.

The valuers/surveyors are professional, independent and fully experienced in working in Spain, with a number having lived and worked here for more than 20 years and being fluent in Spanish and English.
